Worn out machines, tightly packed with not much room between machines. Had a shock as I am so used to fitness first in Sydney. Lucky I didn't join. I'm sure there are better gyms around. This one is more for beginners or old people.

Nice place to go with a friend but not happy with the instructor KIM...very rude lady and does everything in her choice

Simply a decent gym, the staff knew me by name after the second visit. Not too many 'power lifting' heroes and not completely lined with mirrors. If you are returning to working out after many years of inactivity then you won't feel like you are being judged.
